3rd July 2018 – Sleeping beauty awakens

Looking forward to kissing the tel awake after its long winter sleep, the princes and princesses of the Tel Akko 2018 Field School arrive at the dig in a luxury bus, clean, rested and looking forward to a leisurely day of excavating. Dressed in their  lovely new boots, clean hats, and clean clothes, their manicures are pristine and their skins are unsullied by the sun or the resident critters. Mwah hah hah!
